GoldenEye Resort Community
This 15-acre tropical overbrush offers approximately 70 villas tucked away in the forest overlooking the sea on the north coast of Jamaica. Located 20 minutes east of Ocho Rios and an 8-minute drive from Ian Fleming International Airport, this small buzzy banana port town of Oracabessa became famous by the establishment of the Fleming Villa. It was Ian Fleming’s Jamaican retreat where he wrote all fourteen of the James Bond novels. Fleming originally named the Villa GoldenEye after the secret WWII mission. The overall master plan design service rendered include master planning services, design and production of marketing materials, detailed site planning and landscape design.
