Project Description:

Bayside CBD encompasses 600 acre land located 100 miles from Beijing. This first phase is to provide commercial/retail, parks, hotels, museums, transit hub, marina, corporate apartments, as well as homes for 15,000 residents. The Conceptual Master Plan aims to develop an integrated open space framework with design emphasizing on three urban oasis parks (13 acres) and a river front park (14 acres). It is envisioned to serve as a highenergy commercial center, a transit hub, a regional attraction and entertainment center.
